Airhawk Cushion Manufacturer's Limited Warranty
WHAT IS COVERED?
ROHO, Inc. is the manufacturer of the AIRHAWK Cushion line. They cover any defects in materials or workmanship of the product. Any substitutions of supplied components will void the warranty.
FOR HOW LONG?
24 Months for all AIRHAWK Motorcycle Cushions. Covers are covered for 6 Months from the date the AIRHAWK Cushion was originally purchased as a new cushion, no matter who is the present owner.
WHAT ROHO WILL DO.
Within a reasonable amount of time after you return the product to Roho, they will repair or replace any defect in material and workmanship and ship it back to you, all free of charge.
WHAT ROHO WILL NOT DO.
They will not repair a product free of charge if it has been misused, damaged by an accident, or damaged from "an act of Nature", e.g., flood, tornado, earthquake, fire.
WHAT THE CUSTOMER MUST DO.
You must contact ROHO, Inc. to obtain a Return Authorization Number and a completed Return Authorization Form must be included with the product when returned. The Return Authorization Form can be obtained from ROHO's website at www.therohogroup.com or by contacting Customer Support at 1-800-851-3449 toll free. Failure to submit a Return Authorization Form may result in the product being returned without evaluation or repair.
